1. Scope and provider
These Terms of Use govern the TERA Europe Classic+ game servers, website, account area, leaderboards, community features, and support channels (together, the “Services”).

The Services include free features and one-time purchases of Classic+ Tokens and fixed-duration VIP benefits. No purchase renews automatically.
2. Registration and accounts
By registering an account you accept these Terms of Use. There is no entitlement to registration or to the continued existence of an account.
Registration is open to natural persons aged 16 or older. Minors need the consent of a legal guardian.
You must provide truthful information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
3. Use of the services
We provide the Services within our technical, legal, and operational capabilities. There is no entitlement to permanent or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, restrict, expand, or discontinue Services at any time.
The Services may only be used in accordance with applicable law, these terms, and any supplementary community rules.
The use of hacks, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized software or methods that interfere with the Services is prohibited.
4. Virtual currency and coins
Classic+ Tokens are paid virtual credits used only in the existing in-game shop. They are not legal tender, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless mandatory law requires a remedy.
VIP is purchased separately as a one-time grant of 30, 90, or 180 days. It does not consume Tokens, does not recur, and does not renew automatically. A later purchase extends an active period.
- Account integrity.Creating or using accounts to manipulate balances, purchases, entitlements, or promotions is prohibited.
- No cash value.Tokens and VIP benefits may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the Services.
- Corrections.Duplicate, fraudulent, reversed, or technically erroneous grants may be corrected after review, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
All purchases on this website are final. Classic+ Tokens, VIP, VIP+, and character slots are supplied immediately after payment and are not refunded, reversed, or exchanged for money.
The checkout states this before payment. It presents the product, the gross price, the unit price, the payment method, the delivery, these Terms, and the withdrawal information, and it separately requires an express request for immediate supply together with an acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends once the content has been fully supplied. The order is placed only after that request, delivery follows at once, and the withdrawal period therefore ends with the delivery.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A purchase that was never delivered, was delivered twice, or was charged in error is corrected on request, and a support ticket records the request in writing.
6. User obligations
You must not publish unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or platform-disrupting content.
Account sharing, multi-accounting, and the sale or transfer of accounts are prohibited.
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or account deletion.
7. House right and moderation
As a privately operated platform, TERA Europe Classic+ exercises comprehensive virtual house rights. We may, at our discretion, moderate or remove content, restrict or terminate access to Services, or suspend or delete accounts.
There is no entitlement to prior warning, hearing, or justification.
8. Liability and warranty
No guarantee is given for the availability of the Services.
We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for this kind of service.
You indemnify TERA Europe Classic+ against third-party claims arising from your use of the Services.
9. Duration and termination
Use of the Services is generally unlimited in time unless agreed otherwise. You may have your account deleted at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts due to violations or for operational reasons.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms of Use with effect for the future. Users will be informed in advance. If no objection is raised within 30 days, the changes are deemed accepted.
11. Definitions
- Services:all digital offerings of TERA Europe Classic+, including game servers, this website, leaderboards, and community features.
- Classic+ Tokens:paid virtual credits for the in-game shop, without cash value or user-to-user transferability.
- Digital content:digital items, currencies, and cosmetic features.
- Cardinal obligations:contractual obligations essential to achieving the purpose of the agreement.
12. Final provisions
The laws of Sweden apply.
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
